Extraction of Rubidium Element from Malatya - Kuluncak Area Complex Ore

In this study, studies were carried out to take into solution the element rubidium (Rb), which is in complex ore structure of Na + K feldspar, pyroxene and alumina silicate, an environmentally sensitive manner with high efficiency. Malatya - Kuluncak was used study. first stage roasting method tried obtain chloride (RbCl) or sulphate (Rb2SO4) structures, are water-soluble forms sodium-potassium feldspar structure. Roasting using different additives it seen that most suitable additive material for calcium chloride. investigating effect temperature time, RbCl evaporation amount calculated. After deciding on material, amount, solid / liquid ratio extraction time optimized. The optimum conditions determined as 120 minutes at 1/3 after 60 a 900 °C %70 (CaCl2) addition efficiency calculated 96%. Rb from primary sources Turkey.
